Is there any way to use a desktop computer to rearrange my iPhone apps now that iTunes no longer has an apps option? Rearranging several pages of apps using my phone is tedious and time consuming.

For the record, the host don’t delete posts unless they violate TOU. So think about what you said that violated the rules. And criticizing Apple is not a TOU violation.

It's not a design "flaw" in the sense that it's not an accident. The feature was removed a number of years ago on purpose.
