Check Hotspot Settings on iPhone:
On your iPhone 14, go to "Settings" > "Personal Hotspot." Make sure the Personal Hotspot is turned on and that the Wi-Fi password is correctly displayed under "Wi-Fi Password."
Restart Both Devices:
Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve connectivity issues. Restart both your iPhone 14 and your Windows 10 computer.
Forget and Reconnect:
On your Windows 10 computer, forget the hotspot network if it's already saved, and then try reconnecting to the hotspot. To forget a network, go to "Settings" > "Network & Internet" > "Wi-Fi" > "Manage known networks," select the hotspot, and click "Forget."
Update Windows and iPhone:
Ensure that both your Windows 10 computer and iPhone 14 are running the latest software updates. Outdated software can sometimes cause compatibility issues.
Reset Network Settings on iPhone:
On your iPhone, go to "Settings" > "General" > "Reset" > "Reset Network Settings." This will reset network-related settings on your iPhone and might help resolve the issue.
Use USB Tethering:
Instead of connecting via Wi-Fi, you can try using USB tethering. Connect your iPhone to your computer using a USB cable and enable Personal Hotspot. Your computer should detect the iPhone as a network connection.
Disable VPN and Firewall:
If you're using a VPN or have a firewall enabled on your Windows 10 computer, try disabling them temporarily to see if they are causing the connectivity issue.
Check Cellular Data and Airplane Mode:
Ensure that your iPhone has a stable cellular data connection and that Airplane Mode is turned off.
Toggle Bluetooth:
Sometimes, toggling Bluetooth off and on on both devices can help reset the wireless connections.
Check iPhone Restrictions:
Make sure that you don't have any restrictions enabled on your iPhone that could prevent hotspot usage.
Contact Apple Support:
If none of the above steps work, consider reaching out to Apple Support for assistance. They can provide further troubleshooting based on your specific situation.
