Fitness Data leak and scammer message

On my iPhone 11 pro

I got a random message with my workout on fitness saying that’s a walk and then the random text just started. I will try to attach the screen shots but this is an outright leak as I do not share my fitness with anyone but my sister and I have all her numbers saved. Is this due to the new software update or whatever as it goes literally against everything apple guarantees

"Fitness Data leak and scammer message: Yes I agree but it is a scammer computer operated number. And the fitness sticker was important so that apple knows the data leaks happening and other people can be wary of it. My main question how was a scammer able to utilise private fitness info

Report Items to Apple:

You can report what seems to be scams. To do so, report phone calls' and messages' info to Apple and others. So forward the screenshots to Apple and the whomever else you think should know about it. Use my User: Using the Photos App to Report Scams - User Tip
