Notjhing more than that. The message was about complaint about/setting up a women’s hair appointment. I do not use Siri to help draft/ send texts.
I have used IPhones over the last 10 years and have never experienced anything like this. I currently have an IPhone 14 Pro

Are you talking about Messages? Or about Mail? Messages doesn't have a "mail box" so if you're talking about Messages, I'm not sure exactly what you mean. Can you explain?
One thing I can tell you is that, every once in a while, my phone hears something it thinks is "Hey, Siri, send a message" and it then types in whatever speech it hears. Fortunately, Siri doesn't send messages without confirmation.
Other possibilities. Are you sharing an Apple ID? Or did you leave your phone sitting somewhere unlocked?

It doesn't have to be something you talked about, just something that was being said within range. The couple of times this has happened to me, it was the television that triggered it.
It was not an incoming message but rather an unsent message (that appeared as though I had authored it). I confirmed that it was previously unsent by sending it to a friend.
It was an unsent text sitting in my text “area”. It was not an email. I confirmed that it was unsent by sending it to a friend.

It was possible it was just the wrong number. Nothing more, nothing less.
I do not share my Apple ID and my phone has not been unlocked.
