Daily report stacked in web based Icloud because of email threading. 62 individual daily reports stacked into one.

My company sends me a daily order report. Once a day I find out how well we did the day before. On my laptop using chrome it stacks 62 days worth of reports into one. It is not an actual thread because it is a report from my company using the same title. I am forced to use my phone to access this report which makes it incredibly small and inconvenient. Any suggestions except too bad for owning an apple product??

Hi fredrickfromchandler,

You indicate that the behavior occurs when "On my laptop using chrome". If this is not happening on your iPhone, a good next step would be to configure this email account in the Mail app on your Mac, or to try a different browser for viewing these messages. The site View email conversations in Mail on Mac explains how to change this behavior:

"Tip: It’s easy to turn conversations on or off. In Mail, choose View > Organize by Conversation (a checkmark shows it’s on)."
