Contact with your body entered random unlock codes. After 5 failed tries you need to wait an hour. After 10 failed tries you have to restore the phone to factory settings, then restore a backup that you have been wise enough to make.
If you feel you must carry a delicate $1,000 device in your pocket without a protective case you should face the screen away from your body.
