I can send pictures to my friends android phone on cellular network but not at home through my orbi mesh. I don’t have cellular at home only Wi-Fi. I have iPhone 13 Pro Max with latest firmware 16.6 my orbi RBR750 has latest firmware too. I have reset and rebooted everything orbi and iPhone. Anyone know proper settings for an orbi?

If you have no cellular data signal at all when you're at home you won't be able to send an MMS as it is a requirement. If you can't send or receive messages on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

MMS messages require a cellular data connection. Nothing to do with the iPhone, that's how MMS works.
So I would never be able to send picture when I am at home with my cellphone. That seems hard to believe there has to be a setting to fix this.

Then you won't be able to MMS. As I said, this is not an issue with the phone. That's how the MMS specification is written. MMS messaging requires cellular data.
So I figured it out I can send pictures through my iPhone on Orbi Wi-Fi to android phones off of cellular I just have to turn off iMessage otherwise I just get not delivered.
