Changing audio from AirPods to microphone on voice memos

1. You mentioned the mic isn't picking up your voice while using AirPods, but has no issues when not using them. When did this start to occur, and do you have any issues with the AirPods mic while using other apps?
2. Have you already tried any steps, like a reset of your AirPods, or a restart of the device with which you're pairing?
3. Which model are you pairing with your AirPods, and does it occur if you test pairing them with a different device?
