I can't add my debit card to Apple Wallet. Whenever I press the ADD button, a pop-up comes out as "Add Cards to Wallet To add cards, Keys tickets and passes to Wallet, look for the Add to Wallet button in Apps, emails and websites. Cancel. Learn More... what to do. Please help.

If you’ve confirmed the above, please update your iPhone to the latest iOS, 16.5.1 or higher. Older iPhones may only support 15.7.5, but Apple Pay will function.

Once updated, please do a forced restart of your iPhone.

Make sure your are signed into your Apple ID/iCloud account on your iPhone.
