My iCloud doesn’t sync with viber

When I switch on viber app on iCloud. Viber doesn’t respond. Also I can’t backup my messages and my old account

Viber backup missing Hello all, my phone storage was full and after a couple of days my viber app suddenly deleted all my chat history. I have freed some space on my phone and icloud but still there was no backup file. After a couple of days of using app it created new backup file. On my icloud restore in Data recovery i can only recover contact and calendar in files it’s showing that i have no files to recover. Can anyone help me with this ? best regards

Contact viber for support. That's not an Apple product.
