Music I own wont transfer to my Iphone 13

Im a DJ and I have about 15k+ audio files on my laptop that i have bought and own. I use Itunes to organize my music and switched to Iphone 13 and even paid for a 512gb version so i could have all my music on my phone and organized. But of those 15k songs only about 5k will trasfer to my phone. all the others have the ! with a circle around it and wont play on my phone.

The music is the entire reason i switch from Android and if I cant even have music I paid for and own on my phone then this device is worthless to me.

iPhone 8, iOS 14

Hello DJTDiesel,

If the songs are showing an exclamation mark next to it, that would mean it is unable to find the actual file for that item. To start, you'll want to make sure those songs are playing on the computer. If the songs show an exclamation mark on the computer when trying to play, then you'll have to work on re-importing them into the iTunes library first before you can properly sync them to the phone.

If the songs are working on the computer, then something may have gone wrong during the sync process to the phone and you'll want to remove and start over.

In iTunes on the device page, select the Music option in the sidebar on the left then uncheck the Sync Music option and select Apply. This will remove whatever music was on the phone. Once that finishes, re-check the Sync Music option and select Apply. This will begin the process of syncing the music over again. If you're syncing somewhere around 15k songs, this will most likely be a multi-hour process to complete. Make sure the device remains connected to the computer until the sync has completed. If it is disconnected before the sync has finished, you may run into songs displaying the exclamation point again.

Use iTunes to sync your iPhone, iPad, or iPod with your computer

Cheers!

All the music works on the computer. I use it all often. The songs with the exclamation mark are the songs that are "on the phone" after i sync them that wont play.

I have deleted all the songs off the phone a resynced multiple times and everytime i have songs that dont trasfer over. When i first sync it will show on the bottom memory indicator that the phone has 15k+ song on it. But when i got to the music on the phone and try to play one it reduces the tracks down to about 5k. Some songs will show up on the phone but will be unplayable. Ill select them and it will jump to another song and then remove that track name from the library completely.
