Is my password for Apple ID the same one for ICloud?
I have an old BookPro I can’t get in anymore. Tried a reset then I’m asked my Apple ID with Pswd which is not accepted. Do I have to change my ID’s psswd? If yes, how?

Your Apple ID password is the same as your iCloud password, but a computer user account is not that same password (or shouldn't be). If you forgot your Mac login password, read this support article —> https://support.apple.com/HT202860
