I’ve had the Zepp Golf device for a while but the Zepp Golf app that supports it seems to have been discontinued this year.
If you look at the recent reviews for the app this year, everyone is saying the same thing.
Zepp golf seems to have been taken over by a watch company and they don’t answer any questions about the golf app.
Do you know if there is anything that can be done to get the app working again?

Zepp was in a legal battle with Blast over patent infringement and lost. The Zepp app will not be returning.
Several users have been able to get a few of the functions to work, but only if you already had an account.
Anyone who recently purchased one from Ebay etc, are SOL.
If you live in the USA (I don't), you can trade in your Zepp sensor for 1/2 off discount of a new Blast sensor.

Unfortunately I don't think you will be able to use the Zepp again because the login server at their end isn't working so you will not be able to log in and therefore use the app.
Feel sorry for people currently buying the Zepp Golf on Ebay because they are worthless without the app.
Apparently, the app has been removed from the App Store.
If an app has been removed from the App Store, you can no longer download and/or update it.
I also have some paid & free apps here, and those apps have been removed from the App Store.
Sometimes an app is removed from the App Store because the developer has stopped updating, or for other reasons.
Get support from Apple directly -> Get Support or call Apple in your region see -> Contact Apple for support and service
As we are your fellow end users and not Apple, all we can suggest is to contact the developer, which you appear to have tried already. Beyond that, I don't even see anything Apple could do.
I wouldn't want the Zepp golf app removed because it is absolutely necessary to support the Zepp golf device. However, the app is no longer supported so new users will probably not be able to use this useful device. I can still use my Zepp golf device only because I installed the app before the app support stopped. So far I've been unable to contact anyone at Zepp Labs about how to get ongoing support. They only seem to concentrate on Zepp watches.
I also had the app installed before things seemed to shut down but the app doesn’t seem to work any more because I need to log in and the login fails. And I can’t get the Watch app to Install to my watch. Any thoughts/hints/workarounds?
Thank you, I did not know that and it explains why the Zepp app is dead which means the Zepp sensor is useless for anyone buying it on Ebay. A real shame. I'll look into the Blast sensor package but reviews so far don't seem as good as Zepp was.
