icloud storage full losing phone contacts
i keep lousing phone contacts , keep getting message i cloud is full deleted most photos still no luck.

If it's saying your iCloud storage is full then you'll need to delete more stuff (photos, contacts, notes, etc...)
Keep in mind that if you use the same Apple ID for all your devices and have iCloud turned on in them all then every device is using the same iCloud storage.
