Can't add tickets to my wallet with TicketMaster app

Phone is updated to 16.6 I have purchased tickets with my ticketmaster app but it will not let me add my tickets to my wallet. Even tried logging in thru safai and it still doesn't work. The message I get every single time I try to add to my wallet..... "Unable to Add Pass. Your pass could not be added to Wallet at this time. Try again later." Anyone else having this issue?

Same issue too and it is frustrating! Apple says that the issue is with Ticketmaster and Ticketmaster says that the issue is with Apple..Can someone just create an update to fix this? I have an iPhone 14 and iOS 16.6 and I transferred my tickets to someone with an older iPhone and they had no problem adding these tickets to their Apple Wallet..I tried everything (restarting phone; talking with tech supports; going to tech supports) and see that this is an issue with many of the new iPhones...Is it time to go Android?

Same issue with not being able to add tickets to iphone wallet from Ticketmaster. I've never had this issue before. Updated my iphone 11 to ios 16.7, deleted and reinstalled Ticketmaster app, re started phone, switched from wifi to data and still wasn't able to add tickets with face id. When I was out running errands I decided to try again and low and behold the tickets were transferred to my wallet! So glad it worked. What is going to happen next time I purchase tickets through Ticketmaster?!

So that is a website design issue, but I believe that most are not struggling with "adding the ticket" to their wallet, but rather when it is in their wallet, it does not present an NFC reader option and will show as "activating" for a period of time before showing "pass disabled," rendering the Apple Wallet feature useless.

This was not always the case and worked again for a brief moment with an update back in December before becoming useless again.

So I apologize if you are focusing on adding the ticket in the first place but the Apple issue comes from once they're added and shortly after are disabled and unable to be read/scanned from the Apple Wallet.

I’m not a software engineer either. But one of the frequent fixes for Ticketmaster users is to turn the iPhone horizontal. This is not an Apple issue. I can’t think of another app that the solution is to rotate the screen. Worse still, it’s gone on for over a year.

Airlines offer the same feature of adding tickets to Wallet. Do you realize no airline customers post here about not be able to add tickets or needing to rotating the screen? In my opinion, this issue is solely Ticketmaster’s lack of adequate software development and support.

Same issue on iPhone SE. Unable to transfer tickets from Ticketmaster or Raiders app (Allegiant stadium) to my apple wallet. We tried several troubleshooting steps, All apps and iOS all up to date (Ticketmaster v248 and iOS 17.1.2) to no avail. Transferring the tickets to a friend with Facial recognition resolved the issue and they were able to add the tickets to the Wallet application. It would appears that the failure is related to devices using Touch ID. Any additional insights for other events we would like to add to Apple Wallet using the iPhone SE?

This is about the same timeframe the same issue happened for me and still continues. Regardless, if I use the app or I go directly from the website, I was at the Apple Store recently and the tech they told me that it was not an apple issue that it was a Ticketmaster issue and Ticketmaster says the same thing says that it’s an apple issue. are we ever going to find a resolution to this? App was uninstalled and then reinstalled with no luck. Then I did a force shut down/restarted my phone still nothing. I currently have 17.1.1

I just wanted to chime in for those who find their way to this forum and as someone who had these same issues, the most recent update (17.2 -21C62), seems to have fixed the bug. I went through countless resets and every step imaginable to no avail but since the update this AM, my tickets are now scannable in my Apple wallet. Hope this helps.

Issue went away with 17.2 but since the upset to 17.3 and now 17.3.1 it is back to not working (pass will show was disabled in Apple Wallet after a little time passes.

Very frustrating and can’t find a work around, so we are at the mercy of Apple to get it together. I don’t go to a ton of events but enough to consider an Android when it’s time to upgrade.
