Phone is updated to 16.6 I have purchased tickets with my ticketmaster app but it will not let me add my tickets to my wallet. Even tried logging in thru safai and it still doesn't work. The message I get every single time I try to add to my wallet..... "Unable to Add Pass. Your pass could not be added to Wallet at this time. Try again later." Anyone else having this issue?

Try a forced restart and try adding ticket again. If that doesn’t work please talk to Ticketmaster support. This issue has been reported recently and from posts and replies in the community, it usually is a Ticketmaster issue.

Not working for me either! I tried browser and app, even turning the screen sideways. Nothing works.
I can see the Apple wallet button. It says it can’t add the tickets at this time. So your comment doesn’t help.
Why are your Delta boarding passes being add via Ticketmaster? Can you please explain the issue and how it relates to Ticketmaster?

This did not work for me. Anything else I can try. I’ve also updated my phone and nothing.
I have this same problem, and have done similar actions. Nothing. We have an Apple Store so I think I’ll head there next.
Same issue on iPhone SE. Unable to transfer tickets from Ticketmaster or Raiders app (Allegiant stadium) to my apple wallet. We tried several troubleshooting steps, All apps and iOS all up to date (Ticketmaster v248 and iOS 17.1.2) to no avail. Transferring the tickets to a friend with Facial recognition resolved the issue and they were able to add the tickets to the Wallet application. It would appears that the failure is related to devices using Touch ID. Any additional insights for other events we would like to add to Apple Wallet using the iPhone SE?
