I am trying to help my elderly mother remotely with her iPad. All her email folders have disappeared from her iPad mail app and it just says ‘All Bins’ at the top. This came after she tried to make space as it said her iCloud storage was nearly full.

How can I help her get the folders back?

Simply tap the blue Sidebar icon - at the upper-left corner of the Mail App window - to expose all of the Mailboxes.

Since holiday with no WiFi available I’m now in an airport Hotel and logged in
all my gmail folders are empty including the one with all my details for my flight home
im able to send and receive emails
I’ve tried switching off both iPhone and iPad but folders are still empty
ive logged onto gmail.com and checked bin and trash but nothing
can you help please
