i have purchased a apple airpod max from a merchant with the name JW FA COMPAINES WHICH BELONGS TO KARACHI PAKISTAN when i received that product it was sealed with light transparent sheet after unboxing i found that airpod max was not charged so i insert charging cable after two hour i see that they were only 1% charged when i connected with the mobile while charging it give me indication that these are relates to someone else and mentioned a apple id. i contacted with the merchant but he denied that these were sealed so they don't have warranted contact the apple support. kindly guide me what should i do.

i am attaching screen shot kindly see them and help me.
