Do I need to specify ATT when purchasing an Apple Watch Ultra watch or can I just purchase the Apple Watch Ultra version on Amazon that doesnt specific a cellular carrier? I still want to be able to use my watch to talk on the phone obviously.

You must use the same provider as your iphone and pay the additional fee
Do you have an iPhone? An iPhone is required for setting up an Apple Watch.
