iPhone no longer suggesting email to autofill

Previously whenever I needed to complete an email field the phone would suggest email addresses in the area just above the keyboard and I could just tap on the address and it would fill the field in the form.

That functionality seems to have disappeared and I’m back to having to manually type my email address every time. Is there some setting I’ve missed or does anyone know why this isn’t working anymore. It used to show both work and home, not it will only show home and hide my email. How can I get both back?

What was the solution. It’s March 2024 and Outlook for iPhone still won’t auto fill email addresses?

The suggestion to set up auto fill through Settings>Safari>Autofill was helpful. Additionally, I needed to add my email address to my own contact name.

Go to contacts, find your name and open your contact card. My email address was there, but said “Siri found in mail.” Click on your email address, then choose the “add to contact” option.

I’m experiencing a similar issue. In my case, I’m using Safari and various mobile apps & autofill results vary. Sometimes, only my work email is offered as an autofill option, sometimes nothing, & rarely both home & work are options (this last one is best practice & what I want ideally). I don’t understand why I can’t see my personal/home email (most used) as an option any more.(which I also tried switching to “other” in my contact card without results). Autofill is turned on in Settings>Safari. I need autofill to default to home email again, or give me options to use home, work and other email options. I’d appreciate any help on how to fix this issue. Thanks!
