Unlock new Mac book Pro
I have a new Mac book pro but the device is locked and I didn’t set up a code, How do i re set the code

If the Mac is requesting a code of any kind, it's not new ... it's used. If you were told it was new, you were deceived.
The problem is the device was not set up properly for resale. Take it back to whoever you bought it from and get them to make it right. That's especially true if your paid the truly new price.

This would have brought you to the initial setup screen just like a brand new Mac would start with.
