I’m paying for ‘extra’ storage on my I pad but keep getting ‘storage’ full slant get updates. I’ve cleared loads of stuff but it’s no results

You cannot increase the storage of an iPad.

To clear storage on your iPad, you can follow these steps:

1. Go to "Settings" on your iPad and tap on "General" > "iPad Storage." This will show you a breakdown of the storage used by different apps and data on your device.

I think you’re confusing iCloud storage (on Apple’s servers) with local storage on the iPhone itself.

To download and apply updates, you need a certain amount of free local storage.
