All my pdf were lost after I'd deleted my back up.
I'd deleted my iPad back up but all my pdf in my iPad were deleted as well.
Why this happeded?

Wondering if your iPad is short on memory / storage space; and if it has space free in which to operate :smoothly.
If your device is low on storage, it automatically frees up space while installing an app, updating iOS or iPadOS, downloading music, recording videos, and more.

If you deleted .pdf files in iCloud, any synced .pdf files on your iPad would also delete.
You may want to check if the .pdf files remain in a "Recently Deleted" folder in the app where you had stored them. Maybe you can restore them.
