My MacBook Pro won’t start up.

I power it up and get the screen to type in password but keystrokes do nothing. The mouse arrow is visible but I can’t move it. I shut it down and back up and have apple recovery and assistant. It ask me 3 questions. Forgot password, password doesn’t work,my keyboard isn’t working when typing. I can’t respond because my keyboard doesn’t work.
