All i get on my husband watch is a red arrow and time in green.
i was told to hold in the Digital Crown and side button. What is the
Digital Crown and is the side button the long slit or the round one.
I’m 92 and need all the help you can give me. I can’t get the phone to
do anything but the red arrow and time in green

The round button that looks like a watch winder is the Digital Crown and the other one is the Side Button.
