I want to buy a lifetime subscription for the app. I wounded if it will remain if I change the region in App Store?
That definitely don’t work with month or year subscription — they need to expire before you can change the region. But lifetime subscription looks more like one time purchase. Did not find a straight answer on forums 🤷🏼♀️

Redownload your apps, music, movies, TV shows, and books on any devices that you might use to play or read them in the future. Some types of content might not be available in your new country or region. Learn what types of content and services are available in your new country or region.
