A pop up comes on my screen from icloud every 10 seconds, Its a sign in popup with the wrong ID.
this is on an HP Desktop. Ive been trying to get help all day.

If you're currently signed in with the wrong ID, sign out of it then sign into the Apple ID you want to use on that device.
1. On your Windows computer, open iCloud for Windows.
2. Click “Sign out,” then follow the onscreen instructions.
Sign out of or uninstall iCloud for Windows
Set up iCloud for Windows on your PC
