Last night I dropped my phone under the sea nearly 5 or 4 meters deep and I couldn't find it. Would it still work if I can manage to find it after 15-16 hours? What should I do if I can find it to make it work?

Don't waste your time trying to find the phone. It's a total loss, even if you can find it.

Get an New iPhone:
I'm sure by the time it is found, it would have degraded. It's time for a new iPhone.
Salt water is highly corrosive.
iPhones are not designed to be submerged in water.
Water damage is not covered by any warranty.
At this point it’s probably not worth finding it.
