My Volume Will Not Go Higher Then 50%

I use a 2017 Macbook Pro 13 in. and suddenly one day the volume was at half the capability. I have not done anything to damage the speakers, so I don't know why this happened. When I check the sound settings, everything seems fine. How can I fix this?

Try resetting NVRAM/PRAM Reset NVRAM on your Mac - Apple Support


no resolve— A SafeBoot Use safe mode on your Mac - Apple Support will sort many anomalies
