Expressing Disappointment: iPhone 13 Pro Max Purchase now got screen flickering issue

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to share my deep disappointment and frustration regarding my recent experience with my iPhone 13 Pro Max purchase. As a long-time Apple customer, I hold your products and services in high regard, but my recent experience has left me feeling disheartened.
In February 2022, I invested over 1.25 lac on purchasing the iPhone 13 Pro Max, expecting the exceptional quality and innovation that Apple is renowned for. However, I've encountered a significant issue with my device's screen that emerged following a recent iOS update. It's important to note that there has been no accidental damage to the device, a fact verified by your own service center.
Despite the assurance that the issue is not due to any mishandling on my part, I was taken aback when the service center requested a substantial 32k for a screen replacement. This feels deeply unfair, especially considering the premium price I paid for the device and my expectation of a trouble-free ownership experience.
As someone who has placed their trust and loyalty in Apple over the years, I believe that my investment should be met with corresponding quality and customer care. I understand that issues can arise with any technology product, but I find it difficult to accept being charged a significant amount for a problem that seems to have originated from a software update.
I kindly request that Apple revisits this situation and provides me with a fair resolution. It would greatly restore my confidence in the brand's commitment to customer satisfaction. My hope is for a solution that aligns with the high standards I have come to associate with Apple products.
