I have an app from verified institution but when I want to trust it's certificate, Settings > General > VPN & Device Management > ENTERPRISE APP > Trust: ".... certificate" is not active. I can see the certificate but I can not click on it.
This has a significant importance, could you please help.

Thank you SravanKrA. I am the developer of this app. Thousands of people are using this application. Of course there are many Iphone users among the application users, but only one person experienced that particular error. So it must related to the ios itself problem is not related with my application.
