thinthefiel.biz Keeps trying to certify a certificate on my moms iPhone

I tried everything from the other posts I had seen of people having this issue but nothing worked. I checked for other email accounts, calendar events, suspicious apps, certificates and VPN settings, deleted thousands of emails, reset safari settings, but nothing worked and she still keeps getting this pop up. What is causing this and how do I get rid of it?
