Card not added on iphone wallet but added on Watch wallet

I have done all the following support suggestions:

1. Check that you're able to use Apple Pay:

• • Contact your card issuer to see if they support Apple Pay.
  • Update to the latest version of iOS, watchOS, or macOS.
  • Confirm that you have Face ID, Touch ID, or a passcode set on your device. 
  • Make sure that you are in a supported country or region.
  • Check that your device is compatible with Apple Pay.

1. Check for service outages or connection issues.
2. Contact your bank or card issuer if you see the following error messages while adding your card to Apple Wallet: 

• • Could Not Add Card 
  • Invalid Card 
  • Card Device Limit

Thank you for your suggestions. I have followed the steps above and although all my other cards have successfully been added to my iPhone wallet after the ID login, the same card cannot be added. And again that same card was successfully added only to my Apple Watch wallet.

After a third contact with my bank, they cannot provide any more help as there is nothing to fix from their part.

Unfortunately changing regions didn’t work.

All my Greek debit and credit cards as well as my Revolut card can be added, deleted and added back again to the iPhone wallet. This one debit card cannot and unfortunately it is the most necessary of them all.

I have also tried to delete it from my Watch wallet and add it back again on both my iPhone and Watch. Guess what.. added on my Watch not on my iPhone.

I have reset the network settings and again it cannot be added.

I tried though to add the card on my wife’s iPhone and it was successfully added. Then I tried again on my iPhone and still cannot be added.

I honestly do not understand why it can be added on any other device and not on my phone.

I have just done the above steps. Now not only the same debit card is not added, but also a card (Visa credit) that was normally being added without issues, cannot be verified as a message “verification not available” keeps popping up. This credit card is from a different bank.

Just in case, I have logged out of my Apple ID and uninstalled the Wallet app, restarted my iPhone, logged in back and installed the Wallet app again, with no success for both cards.

Now should I consider it a coincidence that both cards having a problem with Wallet are both Visas?

Unfortunately no official working telephones or mail addresses are working here anymore.

I am awaiting my bank to inform me if there is anything that their tech support may further do, after a last call that I had with them a few minutes ago. ☹️
