I am trying to watch my Apple TV) account programs on my MacBook Pro.

It doesn't seem to recognize my subscription. It shows on my credit card that you are getting my money.

Open the tv App, and select the tv+ tab at the top.

If you are not signed in, go to the Account Menu, and sign in.

Apple TV+ Paid subscription still asking us to subscribe for any original I try to watch. I've been paying for the service I can't watch. This has been going on for a while now. I don't have time to wait in line for help. I've been subscribed for a few months now and I've only been able to watch a few episodes total. This is beyond frustrating. I'm watching from the web. I my subscription is active and charging my credit card. When I sign in I'm still getting the messaging that offers the subscription rather than allowing me to watch the shows.

Why can't I access Apple TV subscription content on my MacBook? My wife and I have a subscription to Apple TV. I’m working away and cannot watch content without paying. At home, most content is part of the subscription but not on my MacBook. Am I doing something wrong? [Re-Titled by Moderator]
