Thin Black line in my Ipad 9th gen 10.2 inch

I purchased a 9th generation Ipad from "applegadgetsbd"( https://www.applegadgetsbd.com/) on August 8, 2023. I've had a "Thin black line" issue (mostly dead pixel ) on my iPad's bottom border which might be present from the beginning of purchased but I didn't notice it since it's very thin and almost near the edge of my iPad and I noticed it after using few days (4 to 5 days ). Currently, "applegadgetsbd" has informed me that they are unable to provide a warranty for display (hardware)-related issues, but according to the official website of Apple, "Every iPad comes with one year of hardware repair coverage through its limited warranty and up to 90 days of complimentary technical support."(https://www.apple.com/support/products/ipad/). Furthermore, Apple has confirmed that any black line problem in the display is a "hardware" problem (https://discussions.apple.com/thread/252297517). However, "applegadgetsbd" didn't offer me any warranty regarding this issue. Which is totally unaccepted and unethical from Apple Reseller like "applegadgetsbd".

First, independent resellers are just that - in that they are fully independent of Apple. By contrast, an Apple Authorised Retailer is backed and fully supported by Apple.

Insofar as I can establish, Apple may not have any official representation within Bangladesh. As such, you are entirely reliant upon your retailer for warranty support. Apple is not at fault with your warranty not being honoured by your independent retailer/importer.

Further research suggests that Apple may indeed have official representation in Bangladesh - from which you may be able to obtain assistance.

For some reason this platform will not allow me to post the full URL - but perhaps this screenshot will be helpful in directing you to an appropriate company that may be able to assist:
