I meant System cache lol
No such concept exists on an iPad. If you mean the storage taken up by "Other" or "System Data" in Settings ➜ General ➜ iPad Storage, there is no way to delete that. It is managed by the OS and it will use and release the storage as required.

Ok, but just asking, how to clear cache on an iPad Pro with a Physical Home Button?
Presumably you refer to your iPad’s System Data (a.k.a. “Other Data”) as viewed from iPad Storage:
Settings > General > iPad Storage > System Data
A simple shut-down/restart (or forced restart) of your iPad will clear volatile (i.e., temporary) cached data from your iPad:
Settings > General > Shut Down
Force restart iPad (models with Face ID or with Touch ID in the top button)
If your iPad doesn’t have the Home button, do the following:
Force restart iPad (models with the Home button)
Press and hold the top button and the Home button at the same time. When the Apple logo appears, release both buttons.
If using Safari, go to Settings ➜ Safari ➜ Clear History and Website Data.

Same as above. Settings ➜ Safari ➜ Clear History and Website Data.
