dropping calls

2 months ago my phone started dropping calls over and over when calling on the phone. I have tried so many things and no change. I’ve checked my network settings, and the help person for the network had to call me back 5 times!!! It’s not rain, weather, service or network issues. All I have noticed is if I want my call to last longer than a minute I have to use AirPods. It doesn’t do it with the aipods! Why??? What is going on!? I cannot have my iPods in all the time!
