contacts on my phone like doctor offices and business contractors are going to my voicemail. They are not blocked. They are added to my contact list, but they appear in red instead of black.

This fixed it. Not sure if anyone else has tried it but my problem is no more.
Calls going straight to email
My iPhone 13 calls goes straight into voicemail. I have a business and it’s so annoying to having to return calls. Please advise what to fix. Have turned off the do not disturb feature

I have apple 13. VM only shows Deleted and Blocked calls. All other calls not displayed. VM turned on, how do I fix?
Incoming calls go directly to my voicemail. Some will ring in some won’t.
What fixed it?
There is, though. They show as missed calls, but the phone never rang. It is quite irritating and it is intermittent.
All call go to message bank and I can not make calls
