Charging iPhone 14 Pro

I just want to know, at what battery percentage should I start charging my 14 Pro?

And should I stop charging at 80% or keep charging until 100%?

Charge your device all night, every night, but make sure Optimized Charging is on.

You can charge your device whenever you want. There is no specific percentage at which you should start and stop charging.

Don’t worry about taking it off the charger as soon as it reaches 100%. Your iPhone can take care of that too; leaving it past 100% will not hurt the device.
