Download iTunes version 12.12.9.4 for windods 10, 64 bit

I jist reset my Windows 10, and iTunes was deleted. To reinstall it, I downloaded iTunes from Apple . When I started iTunes after the installation, I got an error message "The file "iTunesLibrary.itl" cannot be read because it was created by a newer version of iTunes".


I looked at "apps removed whiel resetting your PC" created by Windows resetting process, the iTunes showed version 12.12.9.4. But, the latetest version I could find for Windows 10 was 12.10.11.


I installed version 12.10.11, and started it up, then I got the error message above.


Where can I find iTunes version 12.12.9.4 or newer for Windows 10?

Use these versionless links to get the current builds of iTunes for Windows for 64-bit and 32-bit respectively:


Note that Apple's web page for iTunes strongly pushes the Microsoft Store version of iTunes to Windows users, but there is a link to get the traditional installer if you look for it.

I had the same problem when I wanted to reinstall iTunes 12.12.9.4 on Windows 11. The Apple Support site does not appear to make that version available anywhere.

I did a Google search for "itunes 12.12.9.4" and found a number of sites that have it. Sites like TechSpot, FileHorse, Neowin, MajorGeeks, ... I downloaded the version from Neowin.net.
