offloading personal app

I would like to be able to move my personal apps from company iphone to new personal iphone. Compnay does not want personal apps used on company phones any longer

You cannot move apps between devices. Only app data can be moved. To move app data you need to take a backup on iTunes/Finder or iCloud

You will have to download the apps from the App Store.
