Here are some steps:

  1. Open Finder on your Mac
  2. Locate the file, select it, and click the button
  3. Choose AirDrop
  4. If your iPhone is in there, click it to start AirDrop


If it isn’t:

  1. Open Control Center on iPhone
  2. Hold down on the block in the upper left corner to reveal the AirDrop button
  3. Click on the AirDrop icon and select “Everyone for 10 minutes” or “Everyone


Now try the steps above these ones to see if it appears.
