Actions to protect my iPhone from Viruses

I just received a FaceTime audio call from a person under **** I believe I have received these calls multiple times before. However, this time my finger had slipped while trying to swipe away the call and I had answered. A woman with a middle eastern/south Asian accent then yelled in the phone “Your phone has virus! your laptop, computer and your phone.-“ and they hung up. I have then blocked the contact and reset my phone, but not sure if there is any further action needed.
