UPDATE: iPhone 14 Pro Max intermittingly not accepting or allowing phone calls

I posted an issue about my iPhone 14PM recently and received a bunch of responses that I had already tried which failed to fix my issue. Apple blamed the carrier and the carrier blamed Apple. Apple sent me a replacement iPhone but within a few days the problem started up again. I'll keep this short...Apple said it was unique, it isn't. The carrier Rep said they had heard of this issue and the Rep told me she had this problem also with her iPhone 14 and just toggles the Airplane Mode on and then off. First off I have my old iPhone 8 with a hard sim card in it and it only operates on 4G networks. I don't have now nor have I had any issues with the iPhone 8 not receiving or placing calls unless I was in a "No Service" area. A good friend of mine and my iPhone 8 actually solved the issue for me. Since 5G is spotty in my immediate area I turned my 5G off and the cellular selection is set to receive LTE. It appears that the iPhone 14 PM is constantly trying to connect to 5G and switching between towers for the best signal and at times all that switching is calling some corruption and locking the iPhone out until I would toggle the Airplane mode on and then off. I am very disappointed with Apples help desk for the fact that they know of this possible issue but since they tout their 5G capabilities they aren't paying attention to how their software works in "switching" automatically between a 5G and a 4G network. Oh, to be clear it's an Apple issue and not a carrier issue.
