iPad OS Version

Deleted Big Fish Casino app as it became corrupted but it obviously has left some parts of it because when I reinstall it, it will only go halfway and stop and spin. BFC told me to delete it and reinstall a new app from them but I can’t until I get the scattered corrupt data deleted. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling a dozen times to no avail even after clearing cache. Any ideas how to completely delete the app without deleting and resetting the entire iPad?
