Text tone
I need the loudest most annoying text tone on the iPhone. I miss all of my notifications from my boss.

Start by making sure your notification settings are enabled as you would expect: Change message notifications on iPhone - Apple Support
You can also set a notification sound for a specific contact following the instructions from the article as explained here:
"Assign a different sound to a contact
- Open Contacts
, then select a contact. - Tap Edit, then tap Text Tone.
- Choose an option below Alert Tones.
- To allow alerts for messages sent by this contact even when Do Not Disturb is on, turn on Emergency Bypass."
If you have a Focus enabled for your iPhone, check to be sure that it is not muting notifications that you are missing. Use Focus on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
