I’ve had the “boing” text tone for over 10 years. I accidentally toggled off the tone and now it’s missing entirely. I just found the“boing” tone under ringtones. What’s going on and how do i get it back to text tones? The other text tones aren’t as loud as boing and they sound like android tones. I hate them!

Sorry, but when iOS 17 was released, Apple retired some tones in both phone and text. The boing tone you had is now only available for calls, not text. You could go to the iTunes Store, where there is a Tone Store and look for a tone similar to the boing. It will cost about $1.
