ethernet interface on my mac returns a wrong IP

I have a problem with how dhcp is working with reservations on. Example when I use use wireless the computer will get the correct address 192.168.0.3. ok

When I activate the ethernet and turn of the wireless I get a bogus address. This happens after reboot Mac, deleting service and reactivate, with wirless hooked up or not. If I ck the router the IP is there. I have tried to renew the lease. I am wondering if I should just turn off the dhcp reservation altogether? I have a mac mini 2018 with ventura 13.4.1

MacBook, macOS 10.13

Turn off dhcp reservation and try it. I don't know why you would limit dhcp on a LAN anyway.
