Elderly mom lost Iphone 8 - need to replace with same model but have questions
Hi - my mom has had an IPhone 8 (with Verizon) for years and is very comfortable with the interface. She recently lost hers, and we need to get her a new phone. HOWEVER - she has (early) Alzheimers, and cannot learn new things at this point. A newer IPhone would just utterly confuse her, so I think we need to get her the 8. I have a few questions: where is a reputable place to get a good used IPhone 8, since Apple doesn't provide this service? And can we just have the Verizon folks give her a new SIM card, or is there anything special we'd need to do to get it up and running? Thanks for your help.
