Findmy switched off by mistake

Findmy switched off in error, using old iphone. I wanted to give my wife my old iphone, but I didn't understand the proper procedure. I put her simm in my oldphone then switched off Findmy, not realising that this would apply to my new iphone 15 pro max. I have now removed her sim from my old iphone 6 and put it back in her iphone6 which has a broken screen. How can I get Findmy to work with my current iphone 15 pro max?

Go to Settings and log in to your iCloud account. If you are already logged in tap on your name at the top of the screen, then Find My and turn it on.

BTW, Find My has nothing to do with SIM cards, and turning it off on one phone will not turn it off on other phones sharing an Apple ID, so that is not your problem, if you have a problem.
